I've got one, and I don't think it would be feasible to make one printed. It might be diyable if it's made from a bunch of stacked SCS plates, but then you would have to deal with adding threads for the buffer tube.

+1 for mlmym, can't beat that classic reddit look. If possible, set mlmym as the default for desktop browsers and photon for mobile browsers
