Uh no, it's not. GNU has been integral to the GNU/Linux project for years. Without GCC, coreutils, glibc, there would be no linux distributions. Systemd has not played the same role.

I cannot think of a single great civilization from history that reached communism of as a stage of development before the 20th century. Please name one or two. If it is a stage of civilizational development, you should be able to demonstrate that.

Again, does the fact there were times in human history before capitalism, with no knowledge or experience of capitalism, somehow make capitalism not a thing? Can something be defined only after it is seen?

The word communism, literally means, a classless, stateless, moneyless society, that fulfills the principle "from each according to their ability to each according to their need". That's what the word means, do you dispute this definition?

Capitalism is a mode of production. The next mode of production after capitalism will be socialism.

Does the fact capitalism didn't exist in certain periods of human history mean it literally could not exist in the future? Communism is a classless, stateless, moneyless society, fufilling the principle, "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need." The argument is that communism will be achieved through an incredibly productive socialist economy, the problem with capitalism as a productive mode is that its internal contradictions make communism unreachable.

‘Economy’ is a buzzword to them.

This mind reading of what Republican or the Average Voter "really believes" provides no value. It was consistently shown both before, and after this election, the main concern of the people of the United States was that of the economy, and the worsening of their material conditions through inflation. It can be seen in the rhetoric of the Republican party, through terms such as "drain the swamp", that the electorate of the United States is voting for a Trump as revenge against some kind of Evil Ruling Elite (The Bourgeoisie), while failing to recognize that Trump and the Republican party is a reactionary bourgeoisie party like the democrats.

Thank you for reinforcing my point. Viewing politics as a series of isolated incidents performed for an audience of completely reasonable voters is utterly absurd, even in an ideal hypothetical situation, much less the current US.

No idea how this is relevant to what I said. The Democratic Party supported this anti-trans bill that will lead to the deaths of transgender people.

HyperbolaBSD is a hard fork, that relicenses the OpenBSD kernel as GPL (as permitted by permissive licenses.)

HyperbolaBSD has already dug into the OpenBSD source tree and discovered numerous licensing issues.

with the incredible advancements in solar and wind it’s no longer the best option.

I haven't heard of any advancement that makes solar generate energy when the sun doesn't shine and wind generate energy when the wind isn't blowing.
