It's super normal that your only orgasm was from a vibrator. Many women can only orgasm with a vibrator, usually stimulating the clitoris. Like @dandelion said, the visible part of the clitoris is homologous to the head of the penis (they're the same structure in the womb). So if you haven't already, you can try stimulating that area of your body specifically.
It's also possible that your vibrator isn't powerful enough for what you need. I believe wireless vibrators are usually not as powerful as wired vibrators. But even among wireless vibrators there are stronger ones and weaker ones. (Of course, you can also reduce the power if it's overstimulating.) I also hear there is a difference between "buzzy" vibrators that have more surface-level vibrations and "rumbly" vibrators whose vibrations are felt deeper in the body. Apparently, most battery-powered vibrators are "buzzy," so you could try to get a "rumbly" one instead.
I've read from trans people online that HRT can change how you orgasm. Like trans women on estrogen will have a more extended, full-body orgasm similar to a cis woman, and trans men on testosterone will have a more intense orgasm focused on the genital area like a cis man. Since you're on estrogen and progesterone, it would make sense for you to experience a more "glowy" orgasm. However, orgasms are unique from person to person so you don't have to compare yourself to others anyway.
