I thought the reason that Nintendo was always able to win these copyright accusations was due to Japan's strict copyright laws. But if I read correctly, this was fought over in a US court, or am I misunderstanding something?

And this is why double negatives are in general frowned upon in the English language, because they make the content much more difficult to understand.

In the end of the article she mentions asking other beekeepers to keep their bees well fed. What exactly do bees actually eat?

Oh, I did not realize that it worked this way. I always figured the reply object would have to first be created on the post's original server (simply listing the reply creator as being from a foreign server) and then federated outwards from the post's original sever again. I did not realize that replies could be directly created on foreign servers, as from the viewpoint of the original post server.

This is (sadly) such an important statement in our modern world.

I am happy that I can love my wife and my children dearly. However, the flipside of this is whenever any of them show any signs of getting sick I get extremely worried. I simply do not want anything bad to happen to them, and am worried to go to a doctor too late. My gut instinct is to go to the emergency room for every small issue, but I consciousely understand that this is not a logical response.

Do any of you have suggestions on how I can figure out what an appropriate response to different types of sickness symptoms would be?

If you already say in advance that you cannot accept the mainland Chinese political system and it's set of rules, then I can hardly suggest to go there. If you start disagreeing with others publically and become a problem person you will end up in jail rather quickly. Whether you believe that to be rightful/proper justice or not, will not matter.

Even if it isn't a designed honeypot, it sounds like OP will land themselves in jail either way.

So use open source software, or indie developer software instead. Boycott the big tech. Build better things from scratch, and then we can ignore what these few people do.

Although it would probably be fitting to describe it as a subset. If you look at vision, then it is a spectrum that includes everyone. Even blind people. If you are looking at blindness, then it is a subset of the vision spectrum that only includes people that meet certain other criteria, i.e. below a certain threshold of vision. Same for autism disorder. Every human is on a mentality spectrum, and autism is a subset of that.
