This is a pretty cool idea and I appreciate the aggregation, but the site itself works very poorly on mobile. Choosing from the picklist also selects the link behind it.

Any word on Windows? Despite the discourse around Kagi using Yandex, they did advise me that they are still building thier own indexes that are planned to eventually replace thirds party ones.

I'm still not a huge fan of the overuse of AI, but I do think Kagi is on the right track in a lot of other areas.

edit: I'm in the Linux community.... Ignore the first sentence ๐Ÿ˜…

Just keep posting and being the type of person you want to see as a community member here. The other site was exactly like you described above for a very long time!

That's fair. It's probably too small of a user base to warrant it's own community today.

Thanks Otter! It is a Canadian small town (Okotoks). I'll try getting it set up via web this week if I have time! Appreciate the guidance.

Hi Everyone! I joined today. Have used Lemmy briefly in the past but never got into it fully.

Only question I have right now is - how does one create a Community? I'd like to start one for my small town to post news, events and open discussions for others to find and join as the server grows.

Thanks in advance!
