It's a famous online shop here. There's a bunch of them but none have ratings. The shop is very reliable though. The cheapest I found is going for $376.73 which is a really good price in comparison to the $400+ cards that are usually available. That said it was used for mining, I'm not sure if that's a deal breaker or not.
My monitor is 144hz.
I have a 144hz monitor so not huge framerate but enough for the graphics card I think. I don't really play competitive games though, so it doesn't matter THAT much. Where I live I can buy a used 6700 XT for close to the price of a new 6650 XT, not sure if that's worth it.
Unfortunately here in Brazil 1440p monitors are few and far between. When I searched for quality 1440p monitors I couldn't find a single one that sells here. Also, the 1440p monitors that are for sale are prohibitively expensive here.
The Journey to the West, translated by Anthony C. Yu. Given that it is 100 chapters long and I'm still at chapter 6 it's gonna take a long time for me to finish, so I'm thinking about reading another book alongside it.
