The initial pitch will require ID to access porn but then it'll branch out to any site that hosts NSFW content. Before you know it, every website you access will end up having your internet activities directly tied to you via your ID, and they can further use that data to train whatever models they got cookin up next.

Wish we could just implement some form of federal standards that are aimed towards protecting US citizens' data instead of just banning a service like tiktok because "China bad".

I'll briefly summarize and then go into more detail on what ive tried. Build

TLDR; I've separated most of the parts into a separate build and did various tests for all them to be running as they should. Due to this, I believe that the issue may be caused by whatever he is connecting to the PC. Just wanted another perspective on the matter so I know that I covered all bases.

In depth...

Issue first started on Windows 10 and when his games began to crash I immediately assumed it to be the gpu. In response we did DDU, reinstalled drivers and games continued to crash. Ended up resetting Windows 10 entirely but again games continued to crash.

It's not on the build, but he has a WD Blue 1tb HDD and later got a WD 10tb HDD because of his slow internet, aiming to access larger games that he might not play frequently. I'm aware that you need to cover the first three pins on these shuckable drives and it did work with no issues after that. Though, for the sake of troubleshooting I did remove both of these drives out of the build and again same issue.

When I removed both sata drives I was under the impression it was fixed. I ran heavenly benchmark for an hour, played a few games, and all seemed well. He even had no issues for about a week but then the same issues started to happen again.

GPU

I assumed the GPU was faulty so I ended up testing the card on a separate build I know has zero issues. The GPU ran great. I did the same thing, ran heavenly benchmark, 3dmark, played several games that would usually crash within minutes of him launching but no issues whatsoever.

I reinstalled the GPU into his pc and did the same tests as well as using OCCT. Again of course no issues. The gpu ran with temps on average running around 70c in every game I tried.

CPU

I don't have any AM5 mb's to isolate the CPU but ended up stress testing with cinebench and OCCT. The CPU did throttle at 95c like it should and when in games it ended up remaining around 60c average. There were no issues that I could see.

AIO

With how the CPU temps were while running games for several hours I presume the AIO isn't the issue. Would increase/decrease fans RPM as needed.

RAM

Ran memtest and OCCT but again no errors were presented in either.

PSU

I used again OCCT and didn't see either the cpu/gpu throttling while doing such. Isolated PSU into another system and ran 3dmark, heavenly benchmark on another build but got same results.

Everything tried...

  • DDU
  • Reset Windows 10
  • Removed all SATA drives
  • Isolated & Stress test GPU
  • Stress test CPU
  • Isolated & Stress test PSU
  • Test RAM

With all that in mind I can only conclude that it has to be something USB. From what I know he often plays with a Logitech G920 Wheel and he told me he never unplugs it. I noticed alot of people getting BSOD with this wheel so told him to keep it unplugged when not using it and did what logitech states from there FAQ in regards to BSOD.

Only other peripherals I know of is a HyperX Quadcast, Razer Peripherals, and other logitech peripherals.

I also went through event viewer and from what I can remember I had him uninstall razers manager due to it crashing everyday, fixed DCOM not communicating, and uninstalled microsofts old controller manager that was crashing as well.

Again I dont know where to look or what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks for anytime you spend looking over this.

Also, I'll get dump files when I can and update here when I have them.

Edit: Finally have the files

Sucks...

tl;dr

Tachiyomi will no longer be actively developed. It may continue to work for you for the foreseeable future but there will be no support for it nor the official extensions.

I honestly thought I was just having bad luck with Firefox. Whenever it occurs, I take the link and throw it into freetube.

Waste of money. Why not compete with the switch/steamdeck? Make the remote play an option like you've done in the past. A digital ps5 is $400 and the portal is $200. I'm paying $600 and can't take the device anywhere. Steamdeck starts at $400 and the switch is $300. Hell, I can install remote play on the steam deck and do the same thing the portal does. Sucks this is how sony is getting back into "portable" gaming.

All the drama started from this video

Gamers Nexus then made a video breaking down a bunch of issues with LMG

Linus responded 3 hours after GN posted their video.

The response was rushed and poorly made. Gamers Nexus the next day made a response.

Which made LinusTechTips push out a video addressing some of the concerns and what they are gonna do.

Then, an ex-employee came out, stating many of the issues they had with the company.

LinusTechTips on twitter (or x i guess?) stated they are looking into it.

Philip Defranco summarizes everything within 10 minutes and includes a couple of questions they asked LMG. I thought he did pretty well, so its alot better than spending several hours looking into everything.

Philip Defranco's team asked...

"What are your thoughts on members of the community feeling this initial controversy wasn't taken seriously due to jokes about store plugs, kicks to sponsores, and the video addressing the situation being monetized?"

And LMG responded...

"We're LMG. Even when our content is serious, we have elements of fun in it. This has always been our style and we wanted to send a message to our community that just because the suits are talking about workflows and processes, the fun isn't going away."

I get what they were trying for, but it didn't work out at all. This was the ONE time they should've been serious the entire video.

Whats the email? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Honestly, I'm ok with it. Piracy shouldn't be something that anyone can see. More something people find after looking for it. Yes there is the con to having less users but the more users we have the more risk we take on.

It's funny how everyone said they would give up on netflix once the whole password sharing was tossed out, but here we are with netflix hitting higher numbers and no one leaving. Every streaming service out there is gonna follow the same practice since it'll make them more money. If you dont agree with how they are doing things, then leave. It's the only way to influence their decisions.

Initially it was just using overseerr and letting everyone that use my server just request what they wanted. I would also just explore overseerr once in awhile to see whats new.

Now though, I have several lists configured in both radarr and sonarr that are made by mdblist that will add the latest popular films/shows. Due to this usually I can just check my server and I'll already have either the show or the movie without doing anything.

Musk was considered the real life "iron man" due to all the futuristic projects he would start. I feel as if many were under the impression that he was this really smart guy working tirelessly to make all these insane ideas become a reality but the moment he stepped up and decided to buy twitter is when it all changed.

He announces to buy twitter, finds out twitter is bleeding out, decides not to buy twitter, to then realize he cant back out. Once he started taking the initiative to change twitter to make it more profitable is when everyone began to realize who musk really is.

I use to be one of those people interested in the next thing musk would do but now I rather not se another tweet from him.
