I created my very first lich like 3months ago, it still hasnt left earth and its been covered in strawberry jam ever since. I dont think ill ever bother with it. I dont know how sisters work, but you should be able to still select the base mission and not the boosted one.

Whats also kinda crazy is that duviri isnt new, its been around for a long ass time. Albrecht Entrati has been there, created a lab, and then teleported away with it.
Pretty much, more specifically strong emotions are what creates things. "when you let your anger take over it becomes a dragon" is not just an analogy, that actually happens. Now moving forward maybe that is a tool to fight man in wall etc or why he exists in the first place, some remnant emotion from alberach or whatever his name is.
Check if the weapon is meta, goto warframe market, price mine 1 plat cheaper than the cheapest if it has garbage rolls.
If good rolls are present i will price it mid range and drop it 50 plat weekly till it sells.
To me plat in hand is worth more than some potential higher price down the line.
Thank god for duviri defense changes, everyone in steel path always quits on defense because of how painful it is, its already too much of a slog to hit 10 weekly with the dumb exp reqs

Ignoring everyone else here, using auger mods for warframes and 60/60 mods for weapons will keep your forma count quite low. Also using frame and weapons with innate polarity helps, prime frames and weapons often have like 3 innate.
That said if its MR fodder just level and dont look back.
I would limit yourself to 2 factions +story/starchart at most, not counting passive factions like the affinity ones. Any more than this and it becomes a jump around mess. Once you beat star chart and story you will likely know what to focus on.
Will note here, without a killer riven, it does fall off in steel path as you run out of ammo unless you do the whole weapon swap mag reload thing.
In a similar vein to Ivara, Ash is also quite strong in steel path though mediocre in regular star chart.
Give it time, when the 3rd party API shuts down on 6/30 and mods can no longer moderate as needed, you might see some returners
