People naturally don't want to think they are the problem. So, they blame society which leads to blaming women which leads to misogyny which leads to the dark side.

People who label themselves as incels are somewhat accepting that the factors that lead them to be incels are unchangeable ( physical characteristics, limiting standards, social deficiencies, bad luck). So they have taken the steps to the dark side. And vocal incels are more often well on that path.

This might be one of the unintended side effects of the law. If you have a low balance account or a 'bad' credit rating. Banks might simply stop offering debit cards that work on credit card stations.

This probably won't happen unless overdraft fees are underwriting the risk of unpaid overdrafts. I'm not sure how many people just cancel or abandon accounts that go negative. I'd guess that it's low but only banks would have the actual numbers.

The Wikipedia page has 2 tables the one that says 'latest' from the WHO has the US higher and the one that includes multiple sources and older data has Japan higher

It's silly but there is a constitutional debate on if this applies to the president. The only group that Trump falls under is "as an officer of the United States" and people are debating on if that technical applies to the President.

There are enough technicalities and the SC almost certainly does not want to rule on this. If the SC has to rule on this, Trump will be allowed on the ballot (unfortunately) and the SC will not make a ruling on if Trump did or did not engage in insurrection.

Meters and grams are a decimal system which makes more sense than non decimal systems.

The difference in temperature units is just the somewhat arbitrary starting points. And there are valid arguments for both.

I feel like the for xkcd question using audience score makes it a harder problem.

I'm surprised that Hook has a 29% tomato rating but it does have a 76% Audience score. So it's more liking something that critics hate instead of something everyone hates.
