I hope you're feeling better now OP! I've been getting sick more often than I ever had recently, I got Covid again back in December and a few weeks ago I had a bad cold.

I really wish I was online during those times. Then again I was only 5 years old in 1995, so it's not like I could do much but play games on Nickelodeon's website at that point in life. It's fun looking at web archives of old GeoCities sites!

I just joined Lemmy after lurking on the Fediverse subreddit for the past few weeks. I'm always open to joining new platforms, and I'm a quick learner. I don't think my wife is willing to leave Reddit for Lemmy though... But I do suspect we'll see some more people joining after this and possibly after they start locking content behind a paywall too.
