No, you can still access ubuntu touch programs/ui. So far it seems to run fine for me with my usage. ymmv

Windows XP. Jumped onto the Linux bandwagon in 2007. I've used newer versions on other's PC's and don't get why people tolerate that shite.
The Mastodon instance i use didn't block threads so i blocked it myself. Don't know why people are so hot and horny to be farmed by Meta.
