If companies won't sell you a DRM-free copy of media, just pirate it. It's the only way to actually own it.
I agree that productivity should be rewarded, but that's not what happens. If you work hard, the company will realise that they can get the same work done with fewer employees and will reduce work hours to increase profits instead of rewarding you.
This is definitely true for me. I think way too much about the consequences of my actions and I could never work in a job where you're rewarded for tricking customers or being dishonest.
And now reddit is down hahahahaha
Wish I hadn't traded in my copy of Black 2 years ago :(
But yeah just download a rom. If you have a hacked 3ds you can play it on native hardware and there's literally no difference.
Threads is view-only without the app, so no using it on PC. Probably because they wouldn't be able to get as much data. I would never use it anyway but it's so stupid.
Nope. If I wanted something similar to twitter, I would use Mastodon, not Meta's privacy hell.
Job interviews are bullshit, especially when you're autistic and they are looking for neurotypical responses to questions so you keep failing them.

We can always defederate corporate-owned instances if they try.
Christmas is extremely profitable, so corporations want to extend it as much as possible. In the UK, shops sell christmas stuff in august now. It's ridiculous. Also, everything has to have festive packaging, even products that have nothing to do with christmas.
