I guess the difference in colors is not as strong as in other artificial light sources. So it wouldn't be entirely blue, just "blueish than it seems". When measuring how true are colors under a certain light, a common measure is the CRI or color rendering index. The sun is taken as a 100CRI or perfect score reference. So maybe the article is a bit misleading

Funnily enough, that's also the situation with scientific journals. Scientists pay for their investigations and on top of that have to pay to the journal (if they are lucky enough to have their work accepted)

On my Android phone I use firefox, there is an option called "install app" while in kbin. It is not a real android app, but is close enough. Also, firefox let you use extensions, so install violentmonkey and check here for themes and extra functionality. I personally recommend KUP and collapsible comments.
