Easy assuming you're on the latest update, June and onward fixed my battery issues for me personally. Standard base model Pixel 7 here.

Place all apps that don't need to notify you RIGHT AWAY into restricted power mode!

Settings > Battery > Battery Usage > click on each app that doesn't need to give you instant notifications and make sure to change the ones you can from optimized to restricted.

If you're using Revanced YouTube like I do personally, MAKE SURE to disable MicroG (the app used to authenticate Google login services), it WILL run in the background and drain battery, YouTube itself is fine to leave as you use it. (Optimized is how I have mine)

If you're using one for security, Mullvad or iVPN are the two that come to mind mostly.

If you're looking for one to torrent with there are quiet a few, but anything with port forwarding should do. Mullvad can be slower because of their extremely high level of security in general. Something like IPVanish, or NordVPN.
