To the best of my knowledge:

Skibidi Toilet is getting a movie.

Ben10 despite it’s financially proven track record (per the meme) has not received a feature-length cinematic release.

My mom shared with me “GMC: Grande, malo, y caro”

“Big, bad (read: poorly made), and expensive.”

A lot of Miami-based Cubans are VERY anti anything socialist/communist. All you’ve really got to do is say you’re fighting “those socialists trying to take over” and it’s a tragically easy way to win that vote.

Maybe he failed to meet expectations?

It’s to my understanding that these shareholders expect constant growth to continue to increase the returns on their investment.

What you described about someone taking on the police department kinda happened about 11 years ago:

I remember the manhunt briefly making the news, but I don’t remember them covering his motivations, just his actions.

Can back this up as someone who used to wear them daily at a dealership job.

Don’t know if I’m getting old or they changed something but they’re just not as good/comfortable.

Can’t speak on if they wear down any faster however, didn’t get that far.

“Is the caterpillar dead because it became a butterfly?”

The caterpillar IS the butterfly. Perhaps not as you know it, but change is the universal constant, my friend, and trying to hold on to the past is a futile attempt.

In my experience it’s best to acknowledge the past enough so we can appreciate the good things, learn from our mistakes or anything we feel we did less-than-great at, then try to do better as we evolve.

No, you’re not the exact same person you were a few years ago, but we live in a changing world and we change with it as time goes on.

"All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us"

Best of luck, I’m here if you want to talk about anything :)

Leaving games for others cause I have plenty to saturate my time right now, but thank you very much for being a generous beacon in our fledging community!

The “can’t do anything” factor is what makes it appealing to so many schools and businesses who issue these machines. Cheap and less likely to have a software headache created for IT to solve.

If memory serves, it’s Usually short for “opposition” - anyone you’re against or beefing with, effectively.

In my experience/from what I’ve witnessed, FOMO is a pretty strong driving force, especially among younger people.

When I explicitly started avoid ads and things marketing stuff to buy at me, my financial situation started improving.

Just my 2 cents, YMMV
