They wouldn't go there for the videos. The videos would be watched by the people already on twitter and scrolling through trending, then presumably some would follow and watch them in their regular feed. I rarely use twitter but I like the idea of hearing how the payment he's promising pans out given all of twitter's unpaid bills lately.
There's no way he's doing that much work. Even if that was the only message he sent that day, there's no way he's doing that much work.
Reddit execs don't care when people post like this. They aren't browsing the sub, all they see is user engagement is back up and that's a win. They can sell that to advertisers as a win. If you showed them the page they'd think it's weird but they probably wouldn't know it have ever been any different.
The only win to be had with the sub re-opening is to post nothing at all.
