Frequent errors (midwest.social)
submitted 3 years ago* (last edited 3 years ago) by FaygoOfficial@midwest.social to c/main@midwest.social

Today I’m getting a lot of FetchError or 404 error messages when browsing midwest.social via the web. I get them on every other page load. Here’s a sample:

404: FetchError: invalid json response body at http://lemmy:8536/api/v3/site

404: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'person')

404: FetchError: invalid json response body at http://lemmy:8536/api/v3/site? reason: Unexpected end of JSON input

No idea if it’s the same in other Lemmy clients.

Is it just me or does anyone else see it too?

While it takes hours to arrange the bottles, the crowd spent less than ten minutes making it all disappear.

The system spread far beyond the confines of its publicly declared mission and it’s not going anywhere: by all indications, the system is built to last.

When the Gordie Howe International Bridge opens in 2024, with a toll-free bicycle and pedestrian lane of its own, the Great Lakes Way will be connected to 2,237 miles of the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail and nearly 17,400 miles of the Trans Canada Trail, said John Hartig, chair of the Great Lakes Way advisory group for the Community Foundation.

“He invented GIF all by himself — he actually did that at home and brought it into work after he perfected it,” his wife Kathaleen said. “He would figure out everything privately in his head and then go to town programming it on the computer.”

I hear Michiganders who say this is our thing, but I have a strong feeling that this isn’t exclusive to us.

When we are facing real threats of death, we cannot seek queer joy. When we do not have stable housing, secure employment, access to health care, or community, we cannot seek joy. When we see others who are kept from living as themselves, we cannot seek joy. But queer joy should be what we move toward. It is the end goal, and we should have some of it now to remind us of why we are fighting.

Back in the early nineties, hardcore and jungle dominated the UK dance music scene. These massive tracks were created on limited hardware and computers you’d usually associate with playing games. Pete Cannon recreates an authentic jungle sound by combining modern technology with the original hardware used to create these tracks.
