Ein 52 Jahre alter Angeklagter erhält eine Strafe von drei Jahren und sechs Monaten für unrichtige Darstellung in Bilanzen in zwei Fällen und eine Beihilfe zu Kreditbetrug, wie der Vorsitzende Richter am Landgericht Oldenburg sagte.

Ein 64-Jähriger wurde für zwei Fälle unrichtiger Darstellung mit zwei Jahren auf Bewährung bestraft. Das Urteil ist noch nicht rechtskräftig.

Das lief seit 2010.. 13 Jahre Koks und Nutten - 3,5 Jahre Knast = 9,5 Jahre Koks und Nutten.
