The title. Basically, when I look at the replies (notifications) and I tap to see where that reply is, the nest comment sort is reverse 🀨, and in some cases, not present at all (it shows up as a new comment in the post, but in fact it's a reply to my comment).

If you just look at that post and comments in "normal mode", everything's fine, no reverse nested order of comments. I've noticed this problem only shows up when viewing replies, but only if you follow (tap) on the links from Notifications.

EDIT: To everyone reading this, this is not a Jerboa bug, it's a backend bug (BE). Instances that have BE version 0.18.4 don't have this bug... so, we have to bug our admins to update the BE.

Dude, that's not the point, the point is, the info was right there, and now, it's not... it's frustrating when you know that someone had the exact same issue as you and asked on reddit and there was a reply that solves the problem, but someone protesting thought it was a good idea to delete all of his/hers comments, plus the user πŸ˜’.

I agree with protesting, but this is just... excuse the language, but idiotic IMO.

IDK, seems stupid to me. The whole point of going to a vacation is to get away from work... well, at least for me. Some workaholics out there might disagree, but that's not me 🀷.

Be the change, post something 🀷.

Everyone complains, but no one does anything about it...

A man walks in a bakery (lemmy.rollenspiel.monster)
submitted 1 year ago* (last edited 1 year ago) by 0x4E4F@lemmy.rollenspiel.monster to c/jokes@lemmy.world

- Excuse me, do you have 5000 pretzels?

The clerk at the bakery is somewhat surprised but the question, but he gives the man a straight answer.

- Sorry, no.

- OK.

The man leaves, but he comes back the next day.

- Do you have 5000 pretzels.

The clerk is clearly intrigued, but once again, they don't have 5000 pretzels, so he tells the man no and the man leaves again.

This got the clerk thinking, maybe they should bake 5000 pretzels, this man clearly wants to buy them.

So, the clerk is ready the next day. Sure enough, the same man enters the bakery.

-Excuse me, do you 5000 pretzels.

- Yes sir, we sure do ☺️.

- Jesus, who in the fuck is gonna buy that many pretzels!

There will be a third, no worries ☺️.

Shit will just get worse and worse.

Me as well. I've been in situations where complete strangers online have answered and helped me so many times regarding problems I've had, so I've tried to return the favor through reddit and other platforms. I have no intention of doing this, this is just... mean IMO. You open the link in hope of finding an answer and you run into... this πŸ˜’.

Maybe that was the play, drive everyone out of the building so they can have sex in peace.

Be youself and everything will be fine.

It's the admins, people either hate spez or don't give AF.
