The response seems to be something along the line of "see, Musk actually agreed with us" instead of actually refuting the claims in the lawsuit. I was hoping for something more substantial.

In lawsuits, there has to be standing for the one suing, meaning the right to sue. From my limited legal knowledge that means there has to be proof of damage from the actions of OpenAI. OpenAI showing these emails is them trying to prove Elon has no standing for the lawsuit

So, OpenAI is arguing that Musk already know from beginning that OpenAI is going to be operating like this, thus he has no legal standing to sue?
