I like this pen too but I find it tends to dry out on me too quickly. It is certainly worth buying.
My workhorse pen tends to be a Ranga #3 (#5?) ebonite pen with a Franklin Christoph nib.

Yeah, it does dry if I set it out for too long ๐ but I use it enough that it isn't an issue.
Ooh. I've heard about the ranga pens! They look gorgeous to me!
It is true I let it sit too long between uses. ๐ฃ
Ranga pens are great. Ranga nibs are good enough, but get one without a nib and get a Franklin Christoph nib instead.
My workhorse pens are my three pocket pens: an Ensso XS Pocket Pen, Kaweco Brass Sport, and a Big Idea Design EDC Fountain Pen. I keep a pocket pen and a regular sized pen inked at all times, but I tend to rely more on the pocket pens since they are easier to carry around.
I really got my money's worth out of a Muji fountain pen, but now I've been sticking to my Diplomat Aero in Black Stripes with an EF nib. Love the combination of anodization and raw aluminum in the hand!
