Maybe we should do something about the modern (male) loneliness problem instead of piling onto AI. It's just the symptom, not the problem.

Good role models. Currently we have Andrew Tate or the Man-Children in Hollywood movies. Both not ideal, especially the first one.

Although I do agree the "male" part is misleading, loneliness affects women more, although the stats are close enough that it can be considered a general issue of loneliness.
I guess the AI girlfriends is a male symptom, but I've also seen AI boyfriends floating around. So it really seems like a gender neutral issue

Better than them doing mass shootings... Also these AIs seem pretty preachy on morality, so this really one of those social phenomena that's only a problem of we problematize it.
