Picked her up used for around 80 USD in Seoul. I've been cycling for a long time, although I cycled mostly as my main means of transport, and not for the sake of cycling. I've always been intrigued by the idea of fixed gear bikes and how minimal they were, so I decided to pick one up. Initially took me a while to get used to not being able to coast, but 180km (around 110 miles) later, I can't imagine going back.

I absolutely love the feeling of being fully connected with my bike, and knowing that I have nothing to rely on except on my own legs to propel myself forward.

I only added a bell and front lights to the bike - I don't even have the bars taped up. I pumped up the tires, oiled the chains and adjusted the seat height, but is there anything else besides that and taping up the handlebars that I should do for a better riding experience?
