About the topic, there was a genial cartoon sketch show on Comedy Central in 2014-5 called TripTank. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TripTank There was a returning segment called "Ma and Frankie" with a similar premise as this comic. You can find all episodes on comedycentral.com (paid streaming), or on torrent sites, or I guess they may be available on other streaming services.
Most of the episodes are very good if you like this kind of humor, watch all of them and you will find all 3 frankie sketches.
