I can't subscribe on Jerboa, but I can on Lemmy.world

Frequently on jerboa, I have to tap subscribe twice. The first tap just gets ignored. Not sure why.

Happens to me also. First time usually leads to an almost blank screen, with an error message partially displayed near the top.

Second try usually works just fine

The only occasional exception to all this is when the link just abruptly crashes the app completely

It's probably not the best option, but I've found it easier to subscribe on a main browser with the account. It still will keep your subs in Jerboa, but people also get funky about not having the app be a full all around experience.
