You get a "Digg v4" feeling with Twitter right now. A lot of people still use Twitter even though they hate what's going on. But now they can't even use Twitter that much.

Twitter really has blown it. I’m on Mastodon, and a lot of folks I follow on Twitter made Mastodon accounts back in November but then never used them, or only used them once or twice, then went back to Twitter.

Now they’re back on Mastodon and actually posting and interacting with people, and folks I knew on Twitter who hadn’t made accounts have made them now and are using them.

This, I think, finally breached the Trust Thermocline.

I for sure will be deleting my account soon. Twitter became filled with spam recently, nothing interesting left to do there.

I was suspended and cannot delete my account. I set an appeal to do so, but damn it I have personal messages dating back many years ago I want removed.

As Twitter users scramble to find ways to cope with the new tweet limit, investors are turning their attention to copper, the third most-consumed industrial metal in the world. With massive infrastructure spending expected to drive the price of copper to new all-time highs, the Vizsla Copper company's recent agreement to expand its copper-gold project presents a solid investment opportunity with a proven track record.

Wait, what?

Probably ChatGPT

Aren't social platforms usually designed to maximize engagement? Limiting the amount people can use Twitter seems counter-productive. No wonder so many people are deleting their accounts.

Anyone could have generated these searches, including Facebook who is launching a competitor product this month. Could have been generated by Casinoalpha itself to advertise their own product, who know? I wouldn't use this as a metric for anything.

Nobody could’ve seen this coming!

So done with this bs, might as well delete that account too. Anyone here know if there is any similar tool for twitter than powerdeletesuit for reddit?

I'm sorry but percentage increases without context are meaningless. If it was previously like 1000 people that searched for it, it being almost 3k now is irrelevant. If it was in the hundreds of thousands or even millions, that's a different story...
