Found it, black pearl origin on github. Is there a way to install it currently, and does it work? I have been going nuts trying to find a way to do this, I cannot find a single app that does this which is blowing my mind.

Looks like it's source only, no compiled releases. So I guess you have to compile it yourself.
I don’t think so. Cracks differs by methods, installation etc. there is no common point to install.
