Absolutely, these are the numbers for Q3. They fucked themselves near the END of Q3. I'll be very interested to see their Q4 numbers.
Unity has for sure lost trust from some developers. But i doubt you will see that in such a short amount. Already started and almost finished project with unity will most likely still be finished. But there could be a amout of devs that doesn't choose to take Unity for their next projects.
I work for Unity. Morale is super low here and we're experiencing brain drain from the people in positions to leave. Another layoff is going to hose things even worse and I don't believe the product will get better in the near future. I'm learning Godot now.
Sorry to hear your situation. I'm sure you won't be on the market for long, though, and best of luck finding a company that isn't shit!
