I'm to tired from psychosis, everyday i curse at this illness. I can't even shower cause that, changing clothes? it's impossible! And the worst thing is: constant fear from cops, every time i see a police car i became paranoid, heck i don't need to see a police car i am paranoid 24/7! I'm too tired, i just want it to end all and be free finally...

Having a trusted friend who you can talk to can help a lot. They can help you figure out what thought patterns may be inconsistent or illogical.

Also have you tried any medications? You might need to try a few different meds to find what works, but the right meds can really help your brain figure out what's real and what isn't on its own~

I used to have friends, i cut all contact with them after my first pychotic episode cause i tought they were working for aliens.

Yes i've tried some medications, 2 of them worked very well!

Now that your have some meds, maybe try reaching out to those friends again if you can? Good friends will always be more patient with this sort of thing than you might expect.

Just be transparent and also try not to lay things on them too heavy all at once. They're friends, not therapists (though that doesn't mean they don't care about you)

Speaking of which, a good therapist can also be really helpful if you find one. Just like with meds, don't be afraid to try a few out until you find the one that works with you

Unfortunately they were not in fact good friends. When I got put into ward I didn't tell them, and i didn't opened my phone for like 3 weeks and guess what? Not a single of my "friends" didn't even say "how it's going?" They didn't care about me unless i massaged them first. I rather have no friends then fake ones. Thanks tho! I'll try to get a therapist it's kinda hard to find a good one.

Also I'd like to clarify that I'm not someone who suffers from psychosis myself, but I've been a very close friend for years to someone who does, and I've learned (over the course of years) how best to help and support them. (She is one of my favorite people in the whole world)

While I can't say it's going to be easy, it is definitely possible to have a life worth living with people you can love and care about, and who love and care about you in return~

Not sure how well I worded all that, but never give up hope!
