However, he stressed that any abusive behaviour later proven through investigations — especially cases involving suspected racism — will be met with strict disciplinary action.

Interesting that the rule was introduced as a result of abuse that took place in a UEFA competition, but UEFA doesn't feel the need to adopt the change.
