Yes it sure is. Hide the aid in the unauditable US defence budget and the US gets to hide the extent to which they support Israel and Israel gets to pretend like it isn't a literal welfare state.

Crazy how that budget is just a black hole and nobody can do anything about it. Wish the legislature had some kind of oversight ability, or at least the power to control how money is spent.

Good PR strategy. Drop the unequivocal aid. Keep the much bigger military subsidy in the form of the American army defending your ass. Much harder to politically attack that (in ther minds).

Any of their spies we know about on our territory will need to be jailed or killed, I'm afraid. Their choice, but I'd suggest jail.
And anyone who has participated in pedophilia of any kind and fled justice to Israel will need to be extradited to the US immediately. We can trade them for any tech execs who object.
And any UN peacekeeprs need to be told to respond with overwhelming force if they are shot at. We can give them the weapons we were going to give Israel.
