Also, according to the handkerchief code, our girl there enjoys receiving fisting.

Yes, I went and looked it up, lol

It's a good bit of queer history ... a bit redundant now what with Grindr and everything, but when I first went to gay clubs I remember some of the guys still doing it

A gun slinger wearing a corset?

That seems highly impractical

It would offer a little bit of armour. Steel boning has supposedly stopped bullets in the past.

Depending on the design and length it might not even be that restrictive to movement.

But it'll be restrictive to breathing ... and it looks like it's done up tight.

I miggt be biassed, I hate corsets

Hard to say with only a small portion shown… If it was tight laced then the laces would be touching without gaps in the back so I’m assuming it’s on snug but not unreasonably tight. Too loose and it’ll twist around and be offset if you do anything.

It’s also really dependent on corset design. There’s ones for sports/physical activity that have cupped ribs so your lungs can expand without restriction, with the way it is sewn lending more to core support rather than prioritizing silhouette.

There’s corsets specific to horseback riding as well that would fit the theme of cowgirl. They allow for the flexibility required to mount/dismount a horse whilst also supporting proper posture so you’re not jostling your spine around poorly.

The hat covers too much of the body for me to be able to tell really.

I bow to your superior corset knowledge!

I went with a friend to a seamstress who did corsets for kink, and tried on a whole bunch ... didn't find anything that I liked, but maybe I'm just picky (exactly the same as my experience trying to wear latex ... like, this is nice but I'm overheating, and now I have a rash)

I see that after the Great War, General Melchett skipped across the pond and took up a new profession.
