Nope. The ranking has nothing to do with undergraduate education. The closet thing they have is the test scores for the accepting class and admission rate.

Those are generally the concerns of a college. Universities are primarily research institutions, which appears to be the lens with which these rankings are created.

I would imagine the stress placed on grants and publications to maintain this status might make it not the happiest campus in the World. Grades are hard to compare across institutions. Future success is probably correlated with the metrics they used to some degree.
