Hey, glucagon tri-agonists finally reaching stage 3 trials, awesome. For those wanting the tldr, glucagon is kind of the opposite of insulin in your body, it is the hormone that signals your body to release sugar into the blood and use it. This does increase calorie expenditure ie. metabolism but it was largely dismissed as a weight loss option because it raises blood sugar which is fairly dangerous. However, GLP-1 drugs are so incredibly effective at controlling and levelling blood sugar as well as increasing insulin sensitivity that glucagon being added to existing dual agonist drugs to increase weight loss potential in people with dangerous amounts of body fat even after dual agonist use is being experimented with.

That being said, I don't think I've ever left a bubble in a non-IV injection. Does it feel weird?
