According to this article, good dietary sources of L-arginine are:
- Turkey
- Pork loin
- Chicken
- Pumpkin seeds
- Soybeans
- Peanuts
- Spirulina
- ~~Diary~~ Dairy
- Chickpeas
- Lentils
This other list is similar but has 30 items and adds plenty of seafood.
