He had a tantrum because he wasn't allowed to have the decaying rabbit he sniffed out. Upon getting home, he put himself in the kennel and had a laugh about the whole thing... or had to catch his breath after the walk... but he does put himself in the kennel and snort and groan in protest when he knows he's been naughty; yipping, etc.

Your boy is adorable!

My husky mix will bark at full volume at the front window when dogs are going past. Then he crates himself, because he knows he shouldn't. It seems to be a husky thing.
