I don't know what this really is about but I've had a cat that had super inflamed teeth and couldn't eat solid food. Medication didn't help so he had to get them pulled which killed him. He was about 15 years old though.

My sister has a much younger cat with the same disease. Got her teeth pulled as well but survived and seems happy now.

How cute! I hope this helps a lot of kitties, poor babies. So many kitties have a lot of oral health trouble: pain, discomfort, trouble eating, even losing teeth. And they don't know why. It breaks my heart.

(I'm also wondering if this is a thing for humans with shit genes like me*... not that I could ever afford it lol)
