My partner says I look like Sinéad O'Connor when I buzz my hair, but I don't believe her.

(as an aside, she also thinks I look like a young Minnie Driver, but again I don't believe her. A friend suggested I look like Hallie Eisenberg - and I can at least see that.)

I think I prefer long hair, in general I don't believe I can pull off short hair 😅

Nah, I can't get a solid grip on short hair. It has to be reasonably long before I can pull it off people's heads.

I had it years ago and it really doesn't suit me i look like a hamster with it. When I grow it too long it just gets flat and looks lank. Chin length bob to touching shoulders is the only hair length I can do

me? not at all.

My sister however has pretty short hair and she keeps getting it cut slightly shorter each time. It's like she's growing it out in reverse lol

I just couldn't put up with all of the styling she does every day, along with the texture issues I would have from gels

In short? No.

In long? I would never have my hair cut short, just too dysphoria inducing for me. Had to get my hair cut short before I transitioned and had it get cut short right before I came out. Spent so many years growing it out that it would hurt to get it cut short again. Don’t even like getting it cut by even an inch.

Yes, I can pull off short hair and I’ll never grow it out again.

My short hair is consistently easier to manage and requires so much less work than when it’s long. I save money on hair products and a lot of time trying to manage it. My hair is has zero body and knots any time the wind blows.

Plus, I get to wear lots of cute dangly earrings without worrying about my hair getting knotted up in them.

I was forced to have my hair short as a kid and I have no present intentions to ever go back to it!
