Not without reason: he does it to enrich himself and his cronies.

It's organized crime, like the Mafia, but on a much larger scale.

Why does he do it? Well, because no one is stopping him and because he gets away with everything without facing any consequences. So why wouldn’t he do it?

This reminds me of the Estonian commander (?) Simply saying "were fucked" in response to the joint eu/Ukraine drone exercise. It turns out the US isn't fairing better.

  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
