I'm certain this will ensure Bruce has a great tour. I can't imagine having rabid magats at a show would be anything other than a (minor) hassle.

Looking ‘Like a Dried Up Prune’

[-] modus@lemmy.world 12 points 4 weeks ago

Nah, I don't see a prune. I would have gone with dessicated blobfish.

[-] GalacticSushi@piefed.blahaj.zone 3 points 4 weeks ago

Blobfish actually look pretty normal in their typical high pressure habitat, it's the depressurization when getting brought up to the surface that causes them to look so fucked up. You wouldn't look so hot if someone grabbed you by the neck and pulled you into the exosphere without any warning.

[-] modus@lemmy.world 4 points 4 weeks ago

We can try that with him.

Ngl, as cool as this line was, I always disagreed with 10 on this. You rock up on a primitive planet and pull some terroristic BS, you deserve to get shot while retreating.

Dried apricot calls prune dried up looking

[-] notwhoyouthink@lemmy.zip 8 points 1 month ago

The projection of this one is so real.

[-] phutatorius@lemmy.zip 6 points 1 month ago

He more closely resembles rotting Spam.

[-] WesternInfidels@feddit.online 13 points 4 weeks ago

The president then proceeded to insult motherhood and apple pie

[-] MountingSuspicion@reddthat.com 14 points 4 weeks ago

When insulting POWs didn't even cause a dip in his numbers I knew we were done for. If anything is more American than apple pie, it's slobbering all over the troops, and the Rs didn't even blink. What a sad reflection of our actual ideals as a nation.

[-] WolfmanEightySix@piefed.social 12 points 4 weeks ago

Springsteen looks about 20 years younger and far more healthy.

[-] Floon@lemmy.ml 7 points 4 weeks ago

Constantly amazed when Don, who looks like he's made of congealed bacon fat, insults the appearance of anyone else.

[-] DarkFuture@lemmy.world 7 points 4 weeks ago

I mean Donald Trump looks like a pedophile.

[-] EtAl@lemmy.dbzer0.com 7 points 4 weeks ago

So does this mean conservatives are going to stop playing Born in the USA at rallies?

[-] Didntdoit71@feddit.online 5 points 1 month ago

I'm not a huge fan of Springsteen...but I might go to a concert of his just to support his opinion. Love him as a person...his music isn't bad...just not my normal jam.

[-] dmtalon@infosec.pub 5 points 4 weeks ago

If you do you'll be supporting Ticketmaster more than Bruce because.... 'Merica

[-] IchNichtenLichten@lemmy.wtf 2 points 4 weeks ago

Same but check out Nebraska, fantastic album.

[-] RizzRustbolt@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago

Looks like Donnie's never going to New Jersey again.

[-] bagsy@lemmy.world 3 points 4 weeks ago

Stroke, heart attack, car crash, choked on cheese burger, or something creative? C'mon universe, you owe us one.

[-] bradinutah@thelemmy.club 3 points 1 month ago

Just like gasoline, the Donvict's influence is making concert ticket prices go up.
