I don't care how much it costs, if I can order it on Amazon or pick it up at Costco or at a vitamin store I'm there!

Honest question but are you aware that you slept for 8 hours?? Because 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. is 8 hours. It sounds like you're angry that you didn't sleep till 7:00 a.m. which would be 12 hours. Most adults need between 6 and 8 hours of sleep a night.

Valerian root works! But to me it sounds like what you should do is stay awake until later at night and then go to bed.

I actually mean the opposite😆 I'd rather sleep at 10pm and wake up at 5am like a normal person, I try to be productive when I wake up early, do laundry, clean, etc. It's the fact that due to peri I can't workout yet until I'm on HRT, it's like I'm drained and sleeping 8 hours. When I'm in shape and training consistently I only need 6 hours. Any suggestions?

I'll warn you now. It smells like horse shit. I used to take one capsule a night helped me relax to fall asleep

I appreciate the heads up! Good looking out! I'll be sure to see if there's a more "pleasant" version on Amazon 😆

Warning, a lot of stuff on Amazon is fake. I would never buy anything like that on Amazon.

I have heard of sellers putting up fake shops on Amazon, i'll be sure to shop carefully and check out some vitamin stores

Prior to HRT, I found these pretty helpful. They do take about an hour to kick in.

But when I started progesterone I stopped using the gummies. Progesterone also takes about an hour to kick in for me. I usually take them at 9 so I'm falling asleep around 10.

Melatonin is what many people use. I have some tablets that are melatonin and valerian root. Like most sleep aids though, you’ll often still feel it in the morning so it can be better to use it on a weekend. I had today off so it took one last night, I had a late night and went to bed at 1am then slept in until 10am. Stupid move but I lost track of time.

Second this for the melatonin. I do the gummies, and not frequently. It definitely knocks you out, but YMMV when it comes to a little grogginess on waking.

If you still feel it in the morning it must have a longer half life, I'll remember that ty
