Just looking to kill my boredom by having someone to talk to through text as being alone gets pretty boring having no one to talk to. Any suggestions would be nice

Does this not qualify?

Find an MMO that runs on whatever potato you have or can afford. Then join a guild. Then participate in raiding.

That can potentially kill a few birds with one stone.

You can take a look at Mero.chat. It’s a chat-with-strangers service. You earn more features the more you use it.

Not a site, but if you download SoulSeek (peer to peer file transfer, great for finding music and other media) there are several chat rooms, although your IP is technically accessible so not fully anonymous.

It feels very early internet. Basically it's different chat rooms mostly for different types of music where you'll see a live chat feed. The biggest ones are LGBTQ and indie and a few others. People just kinda shoot the shit in there about anything, not necessarily music.

https://libera.chat/

it's kinda like discord/slack, but it's a fully open standard, what everyone used before discord/slack. many networks and channels are still very active, libera.chat is one of those networks.
