I have not had a drink since last Saturday and also started taking my naltrexone again yesterday. I feel confident now about not drinking these upcoming days and rest of summer. I just want that same fulfilling sensation I used to get prior to having my first drink. I still do THC but not in heavy doses. Eventually I'd like to stop that and just me naturally high on life but one thing at a time. Basically just checking in on here. God bless everyone trying to stop drinking. You got this

On my fifth day not drinking and not confident I can stop for the whole summer or forever. In recovery currently and still debating what I'm going to do. I'm prescribed naltrexone but don't take it. 32m here and ive been on dating apps for over 10 years and think they've gotten worse since the whole swiping algorithm. I always do max swipes daily on fb dating, tinder, and bumble with minimum to no success. Tinder being the worst of the three.
