Uttar Pradesh once again.
If there's legit hell on Earth, UP is a seriously strong contender.
In this particular article it horrid this woman was raped and had to endure that violation. I'm don't understand why the decided to commit suicide and leave three small children behind.
Could be that when people go through something traumatic, it might break something inside mentally .
