True, but that's because he has been declining for more than 10 years, probably more like 20.
Just take a look at any performance he did 20 years or more ago, and it is very clear his vocabulary is way better, and his thinking is way better and quicker.
Back then, he was at grade 7 level. Now he's at grade 4.
It seems pretty clear. He lashes out anything this term and rambles on about nothing.
