You're drug is a heart braker
Right, that's it! Dishonor! Dishonor on your whole family! Make a note of this: dishonor on you, dishonor on your cow.
I've made typos in video edits before. That one hurts a lot.
You and me both. I started making gifs so I could put them up on tenor because I was tired of there not being any of my favorite shows. Yeah, a couple of them definitely have typos. I hate myself.
Ive been tempted to block tenor just because I constantly see gifs with extra frames and I compulsively want to fix them, and that's no way to live lol.
I was going fucking insane by there being no Blacklist gifs on Tenor because I was using a ton of them in discord chat and discord uses Tenor. Like it's not a great show but I love me some James Spader snippy cuntiness. So I ended up making a ton of gifs from the first 3 episodes and then burned myself out, especially noticing all my fuckups lol that's why I've got the pinned thing at the moment. I saw a Trek gif that looked atrocious and was like "Well I've got to fucking fix THAT."
My little catalogue of bullshit
Edit: Oh shit one of 'em hit 2k shares

Like it’s not a great show
This confuses me. I do consider it a great show; takes itself just serious enough -- dramatization for sure, thoroughly enjoyable none the less. Relatable social commentary, very international.. Piece of Art by my estimation.
While I thoroughly love the show, the show has a number of massive flaws. Some of the main cast are lackluster when it comes to their acting abilities, which is only made worse in standing next to James Spader. Combine that with some inconsistency of the internal world, repeat story beats with Liz not trusting Red over something stupid or minor that could have been solved with the simple discussion, on either part, and a frustrating unwillingness to openly say who Red obviously was? The show just misses the great mark for me. Very, very, very close and a show that I thoroughly enjoy, but just barely off the mark.
Ah yes, I respect and accept your analysis. In my earlier days I would have felt the same way. Through time I have learned to dismiss the inconsistencies, chalk it up to artistic freedom. I do wholly agree they went a bit too deep into the reluctance of revealing identity. At the same time, the way the whole show was presented, just feels so natural and realistic, even though it is not. Holds a special place in my heart. James Spader is a giant.
But he saved spring break! I'll never make this up to him

Welcome to Risa
All the pleasure of shore leave, none of the holodeck glitches.
Rule 1 — Be Civil, Not Klingon
This is a vacation planet, not the neutral zone.
- No harassment, brigading, or trolling
- No bigotry
- Keep the banter playful, not hostile
Rule 2 — No Prohibited Cargo
Some things aren’t welcome aboard.
- No spam or scams
- No porn or sexually explicit content
- No illegal content
- NSFW memes must be properly tagged
Rule 3 — Keep It Trek
Posts should be Star Trek memes or Trek-adjacent humor.
- Crossovers are fine
- Low-effort “unrelated” memes may be spaced out the nearest airlock
Rule 4 — Gatekeeping Belongs in a Black Hole
You’re welcome to have your own opinions on what counts as “real” Star Trek but forcing your view on others or pretending it’s the only valid one? That’s not the Starfleet way.
Everyone’s Trek is valid, from TOS purists to Lower Decks shitposters, and you don't get to dictate what is real or not for everyone.
If you see a post that violates the rules, or that doesn't inspire Jamaharon, report it so the mods can handle it.
Otherwise grab a horga’hn, order a Risan Mai Tai, and enjoy your shore leave.
