I'm speculating about her biases; she views the activity of go-karting to be a childish activity, and therefore the dude is childish. She sees a dude asking for something for free as entitled. (Go-karting is super fun BTW, especially if you go with a big group of friends, now matter what your age.) Cindy is indeed a bitch.
At the risk of losing brain cells, I'm extremely curious what her reasoning is here.

But if she’s commenting on his apparent expectation that it be free for men in their twenties as if he’s owed something, that I can kinda see her point.

Not because it's crass, but because making fun of the way somebody looks because of something wrong they've done is mean and unrelated. There may be other people, who look the way she does, who do not deserve the meanness you put out. Don't hurt people who do not deserve it; it doesn't bode well to be mean as a response, especially to something as inert as the way somebody looks.
