/admin/settings/general#logo-and-icons make sure to upload your own versions for the images here, not just site logo.
Yes, it might be cached on whatever platform you are testing though, you can try the facebook url debugger to grab a uncached version.
I loaded it here and it only shows on forum page, not on links.

It’s 100% the og:image. You’ve got to refresh the cache manually with the debugger tools or clear it in your CDN if you’re using one.
