UNICEF spokesperson Ricardo Perez warned on Tuesday that children in Gaza are facing “levels of violence and fear that no child should ever experience,” as Israel’s assault continues.

Perez said the toll was “shocking and unacceptable,” with one child killed or wounded every 17 minutes and countless others orphaned or displaced.
