One is a soulless husk of a human roaming the land in search of a purpose and destroying everything in his path.
The other is a fallout character.
The Vault tech cowboy is a product of his circumstances and not inherently a bad guy.
Ehhhhhhhhhh, he does some pretty fucked up shit tbf. He's not some irredeemable monster, but he did ragebait a 12 year old so that he could shoot him. Morally questionable at best. Miller, however, has nothing to hide behind.
I think he looks like that guy from the Langoliers.
